The Long Beach Sharks came away with a big win on the road against the New Jersey Titans this past Wednesday.
The Sharks started the game strong and got on the board first with the goal scored by Mason Jackson on a nice setup from Jay Montgomery. The first period finished 1-1 with the Sharks having a significant lead in shots on goal. The second period remained 1-1 despite the Sharks taking a couple of penalties. The penalty kill and goalie, Kameron Ragon came up big killing them all off. The Sharks got back to their game in the third and despite outshooting the Titans, the game remained tied and went into overtime. In overtime, the Sharks skated well and drew a power play. Michal Stojka scored the game-winner on the power play with a great individual effort. Kameron Ragon had another stellar game in net to secure the win for the Sharks.
